Sanjay is the Founder and CEO of Fosttr. Prior to Founding Fosttr, Sanjay served as Country
Operations Executive and COO of several GBS/GCC organizations including Tesco Business
Solutions, Telstra Innovation and Capability Centre and ANZ Bank Global Service Centres across
India, Philippines and China. His experience ranges from setting up new GCCs to managing
complex multi-geography Global Business Services (GBS) operations to technology-led digital
transformation of multi-functional operations.
He has also serves as Board Member and Advisor across broad spectrum of entities across
Corporates, Start-ups and Academia.
He is a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant by profession.
